To reserve this unit for 5 business days, you can place a $5,000 refundable deposit on it. By placing a $5,000 deposit, you are agreeing to purchase the unit and hold it in your name. This 5-day time period is to allow you to secure your financing, and to do an inspection of the unit to ensure it is the right unit for you and your family. This deposit is only refundable based on your physical inspection of the unit here at our location, or by failure to secure financing.
