I wanted to take a minute to tell you about my recent visit to IWS. I returned home to a pile of work and feel bad that I did not write you sooner. My wife and I had work done on our coach June, 13th & 14th of this month. Once again the service guys did a wonderful job! Jeff and I did the best we could via email sending pictures of the parts I had for setting up my 2014 Jeep JK for towing. As is often the case in this type of job we missed some things....little things that the guys worked really hard to find for me and keep me on my schedule. Dave stayed late both nights to get work finished for us and I really appreciate his efforts. Friday evening Jeff, Dave, Mark, and Chris worked until almost 7:00 pm to allow us to be able to head north in the morning. Jeff was once again great at keeping everything going while juggling another customer from Oregon....Great job Jeff!

Your kindness is deeply appreciated. Outstanding customer service by all your staff. We noticed the little things, red carpet at the entry, the beautiful overflowing basket on the table. So fun to unpack and enjoy the treats. The plaque on the exit door is a great reminder of the extra effort the team put in to make our new motorhome very special. We enjoyed our night at the RV Park, thanks for coming to ensure everything was set up for us that night.
