I recently purchased a new Renegade Verona LE from IWS RV Sales and worked directly with Chris Richards throughout the process. After buying a lot of vehicles, RVs, and equipment over the years, I can honestly say this was the best buying experience I’ve ever had.

The service department also deserves recognition. A service tech came out personally and walked through several technical questions with me to make sure I was comfortable operating everything before leaving. That extra time and support gave me a lot of confidence heading out with a new coach.

The front office staff was equally impressive — friendly, professional, organized, and incredibly thorough with all of the paperwork and coordination. Every single person I dealt with at IWS treated me with respect and appreciation.
