I have purchased 3 new Renegade motorhomes in the last 3 years. 1st was a 2024 Valencia purchased back east. The coach delivered with a paint job that was absolutely terrible. The Dealer I purchased it from said Renegade would take care of it and washed their hands of it. Luckily Renegade factory did. $10,000 in paint repairs. No help or concern from the purchasing dealership. Also the Valencia could not pull the hills out west (lack of power).

2nd was a replacement for the Valencia, a new 2025 Verona. Also bought out east, different dealer this time. After staying in for a night at the dealership once we headed back west the Aqua Hot quit working. Once back home we took it to two different dealers to get the repairs made. Again no concern from the purchasing dealer. The Verona still did not have quite the power we were looking for, so we once agin decided we needed more power.

3rd Contacted IWS Sales. Where we were met with a completely different experience from the start. One on one service from the start to the finish. From Sam in sales, to the finance department, all exceptional and knowledgable. We decided to trade in the 2025 Verona and purchase a new 2025 Explorer. After the purchase and trade was complete. We stayed at their location for a few days to make certain all was working correctly. This time ALL was good. We then met with Ethan who really was professional and made the experience exceptional! Ethan gave us his cell phone number, email address, and said "if you need anything just call or email me and I will take care of it". Ethan did exactly what he said he would do. He was there to answer all our questions and help us to make any adjustments that needed to be done. After we took a cross country trip 10,000 miles he had us return to the dealership so he could have the service team make any adjustments that were needed. IWS Sales is the only RV dealership that I have ever purchased from or used to do service work that actually had the mechanics come with the service writer and walk through each of my concerns and take notes to make sure each issue was rectified. The BIGGEST plus was they only work on your coach until it Is finished. All the other RV companies I purchased from would work on multiple RVs at the same time. Taking weeks to get things corrected or sometimes not even having the know how to do the repairs at all. I would never buy a new coach from any other dealership but IWS Sales.
