A little about this Summit Aire 4505:
We are so excited to announce the Newmar Summit Aire! This is the top of the mountain from Newmar with their Super C Lineup. Ever since we signed up with Newmar in 2021, we have been dreaming of this model to come into existence. We wanted to offer our customers the most luxurious experience possible and combine it with that Super C driving experience we know and love. We can tell you that Newmar absolutely nailed it with this one. This is the most luxurious coach we offer. Welcome to the Summit!
Built on the Freightliner P4 Cascadia 126 chassis, mated with the Detroit Diesel DD16 Engine with 600hp and 1,850 ft lb. of torque. We ordered this one with the Detroit DT12 12 Speed Automated Manual Transmission which is our favorite transmission for towing performance. Speaking of towing, this coach features a 30,000 lb. towing capacity with tandem rear axles leading the way. This is a beast of a powertrain that can handle anything you throw at it. It also has the Detroit Safety Assurance collision mitigation system, that features lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, and adaptive brake assistance.
This coach sits at a 45’ in total length, and features the 4505 bath and a half floorplan. This is our favorite 45’ Floorplan out there. We call this the “Epic” floorplan. This floorplan is excellent for those that want to go to a destination and stay for a while. We love the amount of seating options with the euro booth dinette, the theater seats, and the opposing sofa. There is so much room in this coach!
Being an IWS Signature Series™ build, we picked over $77,000 in options on this one. Some of these options we ordered are through the Newmar Specials program, which you can’t get on the standard option sheet. A few of the major options include:
- Custom Designed Interior Upgrades Through Newmar Specials Program– We hand picked this interior with Newmar. We didn’t want to just offer what comes standard. We wanted to offer something unique, and one of one. This coach interior offers that. We hand selected the counter tops, backsplash, tile in the bathrooms, the tile flooring, and even the Italian leather furniture. ($11,000 in custom design options)
- Theater Seating and Euro Booth Dinette in lieu of Sleeper Sofa and Dinette – A personal favorite combination of ours. We designed this floorplan for couples that are looking for the most luxurious, comfortable floorplan on the market. The theater seats are the most comfortable seats for the Summit Aire, and we love the Euro Booth versatility where if you do have 4 people over for dinner one night, its easy to convert to 4 seats. This also has a 58” tri-fold sofa for opposing seating. ($3,500 option)
- Lithium Battery Upgrade Package – This gives you 940-amp hours of lithium batteries, and (2) 3,000-watt inverters over the standard 6-volt batteries, and single inverter. We wouldn’t order a Summit Aire without this package! ($30,000 option)
- IWS Signature Series™ Solar Panel Package (3) 220 Watt Panels – We know that if you are interested in a Super C you are also interested in boondocking! We install our own Solar Panel System giving you 660 Watts of solar in conjunction with the Lithium. We install (3) 220 Watt Panels that are hard panels compared to the stick-on panels that don’t perform nearly as well! ($4,000 option)
- Two-Tone Hardwood Cabinets – For 2026 Newmar is offering a two-tone cabinet design, and we couldn’t say no as its one of the best-looking cabinet designs we have seen in a Super C! This coach has the Summit / Sedona Glazed Maple Design with Suede Finish. ($2,471 option)
- Starlink Internet – Satellite Internet with the high-performance wedge mount. Comes built in with a router. Our preferred choice for internet on any motorcoach. ($5,600 option)
- Winegard Travlr and In-Motion Satellite TV – Along with Satellite Internet, we also wanted to give you satellite tv options. With this package from Winegard you can always stay connected to TV through DirecTV. ($6,500 option)
