A little about this XL 43DB:
The XL is the top of the mountain from Renegade with their Super C Lineup. Renegade has taken all its best features and options and made them standard on XL. There are only a few options available because it has everything already. You pick the XL because you want the best performance, the best features, and the most luxurious coach Renegade can build. We have the best chassis options with the XL between Freightliner Cascadia, Western Star 57X, and Peterbilt 567, all offering 600HP and tandem rear axles for 40,000 lbs of towing capacity! XL is our best horsepower to weight ratio coach in the lineup.
We built this XL on the Freightliner Cascadia 126 chassis, mated with the Detroit Diesel DD16 Engine with 600hp and 1,850 ft lb. of torque. We ordered this one with the Detroit DT12 12 Speed Automated Manual Transmission which is our favorite transmission for towing performance. This is a beast of a powertrain that can handle anything you throw at it. It also has the Detroit Safety Assurance collision mitigation system, that features lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, and adaptive brake assistance.
This coach sits at a 43’ in total length and features the 43DB, bath and a half floorplan. This is one of our favorites. This floorplan is excellent for those that want to go to a destination and stay for a while. We love the large kitchen and living area where the kitchen is on the driver’s side of the coach. There is so much room inside this coach!
Being an IWS Signature Series™ build, we picked over $30,000 in options on this one. A few of the major options include:
- Polaris Paint Design with Blackout Package– We designed this coach to come in the all-gray paint design with the Blackout Package. We love customizing, and so do our customers. The blackout package covers the wheels, grill, door handles, mirror covers, and more. This coach is going to look bad ass! ($13,000 option)
- Theater Seating in lieu of Sleeper Sofa– A personal favorite combination of ours. We designed this floorplan for couples that are looking for the most luxurious, comfortable floorplan on the market. The theater seats are the most comfortable seats for the XL and we love the versatility of the sleeper booth dinette and jackknife sofa for extra sleeping when you do have some people stay over. ($2,000 option)
- Exterior Lighting Upgrades – We wanted this coach to make a statement. We added color changing underbody LED lights, color changing under-slide LED Lights, and (5) Scene lights for extra visibility. ($4,000 in options)
- Interior Design Upgrades – We added our own personal touch to the interior of this XL build. There are several little options that make all the difference. We added a cedar lined rear closet, all-wood valences in lieu of fabric, extra coat hooks at the entry, bedroom ceiling fan, padded walls with flat panel wainscoting, a picture window over the theater seats, and we chose a high gloss finish on the Lakewood stain colored maple cabinets for a premiere finish. ($9,000 in options)
