“Hands down the best customer service”

I rarely do reviews but just got a 2021 38' stretched to 40' Cascadia classic from IWS. Unfortunately i couldn't make it to Idaho to see the truck in person. The GM answered the phone when we called about it and he went above and beyond for us. He even said, im not a salesman, im just the one that answered when you called haha. He did a video call around the whole truck, started it, operated all the systems, etc. and kept telling us to take as much time as we need and what else we wanted to see. Needless to say, we bought it and they arranged delivery. This was a big purchase for something sight unseen but they assured us it was in perfect condition which it is. I will certainly be going back to them for the next rig. Hands down the best customer service i have ever dealt with in any industry
