The delivery process itself was extremely organized and thorough. Chris spent a tremendous amount of time with me going over every detail of the RV and never once made me feel rushed.
The service department also deserves recognition. A service tech came out personally and walked through several technical questions with me to make sure I was comfortable operating everything before leaving. That extra time and support gave me a lot of confidence heading out with a new coach.
The front office staff was equally impressive — friendly, professional, organized, and incredibly thorough with all of the paperwork and coordination. Every single person I dealt with at IWS treated me with respect and appreciation.
Buying an RV can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, especially with the complexity and cost involved. IWS and Chris Richards made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. They delivered exactly what they promised and then exceeded expectations.
