I can’t say enough about IWS. From the initial informational email exchange to the final sale, it was the best purchasing experience of my life! Sam was knowledgeable, straightforward and transparent throughout the whole process. There wasn’t an ounce of pressure, nothing but patience and an understanding of what I was looking for in making the transition from a 21 year old Class A coach to a new Super C model from Newmar. Stephanie and Johanna were outstanding working thru the business end of things. Rochelle, Ethan and Ray in service were fantastic in their support of the initial delivery and a towbar upgrade. The whole operation is professional, courteous and customer oriented – they make you feel like family. I spent two days on one of their customer provided overnight spots learning and “making the move” from the old coach to the new rig – they were available, informative, polite, and patient throughout the whole process. It’s such a pleasure to be involved with a company and the employees who care about what they do, how they do it, and why they do it (the customers) – building lasting relationships. IWS should be your first choice for a new motorcoach!!!
