Purchasing any mechanical product, like a Super C RV, is only half the equation. The other half is support and service after the sale. IWS excels at both. The purchase process was fantastic. Our sales rep gave us training over two full days. I know of dealerships that provide none. Post purchase, the experience only got better. IWS provides a hotline for owners with questions to call. More than once I was in a pinch, called IWS, and got a technician straight away - who solved the problem. Recently, I scheduled some major upgrades. Ethan, the service manager, made sure IWS had the long lead-time parts on hand, reserved an overnight spot for us on site, and completed multiple installs in one day. In addition, IWS helped with our DISH even though that is not something that they or the manufacturer were responsible for.
