Ethan (service manager) and Dave (senior lead tech) in the service department went above and beyond any expectation I had trying to eliminate a transition squeak. If you have not experienced this, count your blessings.
My wife and I traveled to Moab UT and back to Caldwell, ID this summer with a very loud squeak where cab of the unit meets the coach. We purchased a new Renegade XL from IWS in 2023.
Ethan worked with Dave to get the issue resolved. It took a few days longer than originally anticipated, but who cares. Ethan also had to put up with me calling and asking questions about the status - sorry I wish I wasn't so high strung sometimes.
I have dealt with the other service departments here in the Boise valley at the national dealerships on a prior coach, and there is no comparison. Of course you are paying more for the coach, but the service makes it worth it when you run into an issue.
Sam will get you into a great coach and the service team will keep you happy - nothing but great things to say about Chuck, Ben, Sam, Ethan and Dave.
